Unexpected turn of events

This BlackVue user was driving through a residential area, and ahead of him, a motorcycle rider was driving slowly on the side of the road. Suddenly, he made a maneuver that put him directly in front of the BlackVue user’s car. It looked like he wanted to turn or make a u-turn.

BlackVue footage as evidence

The BlackVue user hit him and the rider lost balance and fell off of his bike. Fortunately, it didn’t seem like he sustained any serious injuries when the BlackVue user checked up on him.
