Malfunctioning vehicle

The BlackVue user was putting on his ski boots at the back of his brand new Ford F150 when suddenly the truck started rolling backwards – after being parked for about 5 minutes. The BlackVue user ran (still in his ski boots!) to quickly hit the brake and stop the truck. The footage helped him with the complaint he filed with Ford regarding the malfunctioning transmission.

While the the service department was unable to replicate the problem and they did not make a repair, the BlackVue user feels safer knowing that if this potentially dangerous incident occurs again, he will have evidence.
