[Firmware Update] BlackVue DR590X Series (v1.007)

New firmware is available for the DR590X Series (1CH and 2CH) dashcams.
Version 1.007 improves upon the Parking Mode impact audio voice notifications so that the message will play even after turning off due to low voltage cutoff or power cable disconnection.
It also fixes an issue that would occur on the dual-channel models when trying to access rear cam Live View while the rear camera is disconnected.

MODELS CONCERNED:

  • DR590X Series:
    • DR590X-1CH
    • DR590X-2CH
    • DR590X-2CH IR

WHAT’S NEW:

  1. Improved Parking Mode “impact detected” audio alert. The “Impact detected in Parking Mode” audio alert will now play upon starting Normal recording mode even in case the dash cam turns off after entering Parking Mode due to either low voltage power cutoff (for battery protection) or power cable disconnection.
  2. 2CH models: fixed an issue where Live View via the BlackVue App would stop working after trying to access the rear camera’s Live View when the rear camera was not connected.
  3. Stability improvements.

※ Compatible software versions:
