Registering Your Camera to BlackVue Cloud

What you need: a BlackVue account (create one free in the app), your camera powered on, and your phone.

Steps

1. Open the BlackVue App and sign in (or tap Sign Up to create an account).
2. Tap + Add Camera on the camera list.
3. Newer models use Seamless Pairing: the app detects the camera nearby via Bluetooth and handles the Wi-Fi connection automatically — no password typing needed.
4. If Seamless Pairing doesn't find the camera, choose Manual Connection: connect your phone to the camera's Wi-Fi network (the SSID and password are printed on the label on the camera), then return to the app.
5. Once paired, follow the Cloud registration prompt to link the camera to your account.

Registering on a new phone: your cameras stay linked to your account, not your phone. On a new phone, install the app and sign in — your camera list follows automatically.

"Already registered" error: a camera can only be registered to one account at a time. If you bought the camera second-hand or received a replacement, contact us with the camera serial number and we'll release the previous registration.
