Removing a Camera from Your Cloud Account (Selling Your Car or Camera)

Before handing over a vehicle or camera, remove the camera from your account so the next owner can register it:

1. Open the BlackVue App and go to your camera list.
2. Tap More (...) on the camera and select Deactivate Cloud.
3. Confirm. The camera is now free to be registered by a new owner.

Forgot to do this before selling? Contact us with proof of the transfer and the camera serial number, and we'll release the registration.
