Managing Your Account: Password, Notifications, and Email

Update your profile: tap the Account tab in the BlackVue App to update your password or notification preferences.

• Password: tap your email address and select Password change.
• Notifications: tap the bell icon in the top right corner, then the gear icon.

Changing your account email: the email address on your account cannot be changed in the app. Contact us and we'll help you move your cameras to the correct account.

Lost access to your old email: contact us from any email address with your camera serial number and account details — we'll verify ownership and help you reconnect your cameras.
