How do I start the Pro 14-day free trial?

After creating a FLEETA account, select the Pro plan and all Pro features are available free for the first 14 days. you can cancel at any time during the trial.
Can I switch from my existing BlackVue account to FLEETA?

Yes. Signing up for FLEETA with your existing BlackVue account credentials will carry over your registered dashcams. However, you will need to select a FLEETA plan separately.
Can I use FLEETA alongside a BlackVue Lite or Smart plan?

FLEETA and BlackVue Cloud plans are separate services. If you subscribe to FLEETA without canceling an existing BlackVue Lite or Smart plan, you may be charged for both.
What payment methods are supported?

Credit card via Stripe and in-app purchases on iOS/Android are supported. For the Enterprise plan, bank transfer and custom invoicing may also be available.
