A bold thief stealing a cooler straight from the porch was caught on BlackVue dashcam.

The footage, shared on YouTube by the victim Khoa Phan and recorded by the BlackVue DR900S-2CH dashcam, shows a middle-aged man driving up to the victim’s front yard. He gets out of his red jeep and calmly approaches the porch, from which he steals Mr. Phan’s cooler!

The victim and his friends are in the middle of searching for the thief, but according to this Facebook post and comments, they already have a suspect. 

Update on the case

We received an update on this case from the victim himself. He told us that the thief was caught and arrested – and all thanks to the BlackVue dashcam’s amazing video quality that allowed to zoom in on the tiny sticker on the thief’s car! Even the police officers on the case were impressed by the video quality – usually so grainy it’s hard to make out anything – that helped them to identify the thief’s car.
