This rear-end accident footage was privided to us by a Customer using a 4K BlackVue dash cam model.

In the video we see the footage from the rear camera (the dash cam was dual channel, meaning it has both front and rear cameras). A white Chevrolet is following our Customer Pender up until he reached an intersection.

No way out

The front footage (not included in this video as it was unfortunately deleted) showed an SUV stopping abruptly. Pender had no choice but to stop too – and he was effectively left with no way out as another car approached from behind…

While most of the rear-end accidents are pretty clean-cut and the insurance companies don’t contest them, it’s always good to have video evidence, just in case. We can’t control everything that happens on the road; but we can control how we handle it.
