Listen to your gut feeling

This incident was sent to us by BlackVue user Prem and recorded by an older BlackVue dashcam (get the newest model DR750X-2CH Plus here). As Prem was driving on a highway, his gut feeling told him to keep left – as this section of the road is prone to various accidents and last minute lane switches. And he was right to do so!

Multiple-car collision

As he was approaching the exit area, he noticed one of the cars on the right starting to brake, so he slowed down too. Suddenly, one of the vehicles on the right got hit and broke off from their lane, swerving, losing its bumper and hitting the car in front of Prem’s car. BlackVue user immediately called the emergency services and stopped to see if the driver ahead is OK. Not only that, but he offered to send them the footage recorded on his BlackVue dashcam if needed. After that, just a few days ago, another driver involved in the pileup called him to ask if he could send over the footage!
