Eventful 2024

As we reflect on the past year, we could say we have had a lot going on with the release of the DR970X Plus Series, in standard Cloud, LTE and Box versions, all featuring 4K Sony STARVIS 2 sensors. The DR970X Box-2CH Plus even got a top accolade from the prestigious EISA Awards. Later in the year we followed up with the DR770X Box Pro Series and its unique AI-powered driver monitoring system camera. Finally, we had a refresh of our entry-level lineup with the launch of the DR590X Plus Series. We also initiated the launch of our Fleeta service, the next evolution of BlackVue Fleet Tracking powered by BlackVue Cloud. 

Yet, in light of what’s coming up next year, 2024 might pale in comparison to 2025.

More exciting things to come

We wish we could share more, and perhaps those visiting us at the CES 2025 in early January will get a glimpse of what’s to come. What we can say right now with certainty, however, is that BlackVue is determined to make a splash in 2025. 

In fact, 2025 is set to be a pivotal year for Pittasoft and its brands, BlackVue and Fleeta. 

The recent change from BlackVue Fleet Tracking to Fleeta is more than a simple rebranding exercise. First, it will allow us to create better services for businesses going forward, starting with the launch of a dedicated app early next year. This will enable us to grow Fleeta as a dedicated business-first service. Meanwhile, the BlackVue brand will remain laser-focused on the core dash cam features that matter.

BlackVue may have been around for close to fifteen years, since the BlackVue DR300 launch in June of 2010, we don’t take our customers for granted. In 2025, we strive to exceed your expectations in terms of product performance, reliability and customer service.
To all of you who have supported us over the years, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. And to those who have just got to know us, welcome to the BlackVue family!
