Parking lot hit

Our Customer Trent was driving through a parking lot and he stopped for an open space. Another driver was not paying attention and hit the right rear quarter panel of Trent’s 2019 Lexus 300H. Because Trent installed only a single channel (front camera only) BlackVue dash cam in his car, we cannot see what happened directly. We can hear the impact and we can also clearly see that at the time of the accident, Trent’s car was not moving.
