BlackVue user IIDREDD (pseudonym) sent us this video of the accident in which his car was totaled.

It’s not only a head-on collision, but it’s also… a hit and run! The green Citroen first crashed into the parking car, and then proceeded to… swiftly back out of that spot – obviously leaving no note. Thankfully, BlackVue was recording in Parking Mode and IIDREDD got the footage.

The insurance paid out and he could replace the car. IIDREDD told us that his family was opposed to spending the money on a dashcam – but the BlackVue paid for itself just with this one incident!
