A Wheel Out Of Nowhere

BlackVue user Steve sent us footage from his BlackVue DR900S-2CH dashcam (the upgraded X model available here). He captured an unusual event that happened on a highway south of Brisbane, Queensland in Australia. Suddenly, a wheel appeared out of nowhere, flying and bouncing across the road. It most probably came from an overpass, approximately 1000ft. ahead from Steve’s car was.

Direct Hit

Due to slow traffic, all vehicles were able to avoid contact – except for a large truck behind in the lane to Steve’s left. The truck took a direct hit to driver’s side windshield before bouncing off and rolling off the highway. That incident was captured thanks to the BlackVue dashcams’s rear camera installed at the back of Steve’s car.
