Dear BlackVue Users,
Firmware updates are available for the latest LTE and Cloud-compatible models (4K and Full HD), including previous generation 4K models (DR970X and DR970X LTE).
These update introduce bug fixes, and stability improvements and in the case of the DR970X and DR970X LTE (non Plus), address a Parking Mode issue.

What’s New:
- Bug fixes and stability improvements.
- DR970X and DR970X LTE models: Fixed an issue where the dash cam would quickly enter, exit, then enter Parking Mode again upon switching the vehicle’s ignition off.

Important:
Make sure to use the latest versions of the BlackVue Viewer and App for full compatibility with the new firmware.
How to upgrade:
With the BlackVue App, you can easily update the firmware from the Camera menu. Tap the three-dot icon “…”? next to your camera’s name, then tap on “Remote firmware update”.
For a manual installation, go to the DOWNLOADS page to access the latest firmware and installation instructions.
