Although the situation is pretty clear in the video sent to us by a BlackVue user CharlestonCar (pseudonym), the white van driver tried to claim the accident wasn’t his fault.

According to CharlestonCar, the other driver was busy “explaining” the situation to the police on site.

Meanwhile, CharlestonCar downloaded the footage from his BlackVue DR900S-2CH on his phone. When it was his turn, he swiftly showed the video the police. As you can imagine, they weren’t too happy with the phony claim! As CharlestonCar left the scene, they were still exchanging stern words with the other driver.

CharlestonCar told us that the footage from his BlackVue saved him over $10,000!
