Rollover accident

We received this video from Mark, who was driving to get dinner with his wife when this accident happened. About a quarter of a mile from their home the driver of a white car coming from the opposite direction lost control and hit Mark’s pickup truck, causing a rollover.

“In the video, you can see I swerved at the last second to the right, otherwise, he would have hit me in my door, and I feel I wouldn’t be writing this email right now if he had.” Mark told us over email.

BlackVue footage helps with insurance, prosecution

It turned out the other driver was intoxicated. As the crash happened in Florida, which is a no-fault state, dashcam footage turned out to be invaluable. Not only did it help Mark prove who was at fault to the insurance companies, but it was also given to the police for prosecution of the drunk driver. The video also explains how my vehicle rolled in the crash and aided in the traffic investigation and diagrams for the police report.
