Unusual Scene At The Parking Lot

BlackVue user Farhad sent us his dashcam footage (recorded on the rear camera of an earlier BlackVue model, newest version available here) that became the ultimate proof of who was at fault in an accident! The incident occurred when Farhad was away from his car, doing some shopping. Thankfully, BlackVue dashcams record in Parking Mode, so when he came back and saw the scene of the accident and the drivers arguing who was at fault – he knew what to do.

He connected to his BlackVue dashcam via the BlackVue app and saw that the crash was clearly registered by the rear camera. His BlackVue dashcam became an eyewitness and showed the culprit. Farhad downloaded the video to his phone and showed it to the white vehicle’s owner – who, needless to say, was extremely happy for his help! The insurance company quickly settled the claim in the white car owner’s favor. Without the dashcam footage, the process could be lengthy and exhausting, so kudos to Farhad for helping out!
