Dash Cam Helps Understand The Accident
In the video, you can see a white car trying to turn right, disregarding the main traffic. The small black Hyundai didn’t have enough time to react and crashed into the white vehicle. The impact was so strong the white car was pushed onto another vehicle waiting nearby. The BlackVue footage with the entire incident was forwarded to the police – the white car driver claimed a completely different story to what actually happened. The footage helped the police understand the whole situation.
“If anyone asks me, I will really recommend them to have one”
The victims also received a copy of the file so that their insurance company could handle it for them. The BlackVue user, whose dash cam recorded everything, told us: “I must say the dash cam had been in my car for so long and if anyone asks me, I will really recommend them to have one”.
Please note that this accident was captured by an older BlackVue dash cam model, recording in high definition (720p). Despite lower resolution that the current models, this BlackVue recorded everything clearly so it was easy for the police to understand better what happened.
The image quality of BlackVue dash cams you can purchase right now ranges from full HD (both front and rear cameras in dual channel models) to 4K UHD (front camera).
