This is a video sent to us by a BlackVue user Aleksandr. He shared a situation he caught on his BlackVue dashcam while he was driving a semi-truck loaded with thousands of pounds of dog food across the Ross Island Bridge in Portland.
Suddenly, a minivan pulled a sudden and obviously illegal U-turn right in front of him.
