Lunar New Year (Wikipedia link) is a major Korean holiday that will fall in the middle of February this year.

The headquarters of BlackVue in South Korea will be closed from February 15 (Thu) to February 18 (Sun), Korea Standard Time (KST). Full operations will resume on February 19 (Mon). 

What  to expect during the closure

Online Store:

The store will accept orders but shipping will be put on hold from Wednesday February 14 afternoon and resume on February 19. Please note that those dates are KST-based. In order to ensure shipping, we recommend to place your order before February 13 (Tue). Also, due to the accumulation of orders during the closure period, shipping may be delayed beyond February 19. Orders will be shipped in the order they were placed.

Customer Support:

Expect longer time to answer queries during the holiday.

• If you purchased your dashcam from a distributor or retailer, try contacting them first.
• Email support will still be active, although in limited capacity. Expect longer response time. 
• RMA processing will be put on hold and resume on February 19.
