Dear Visitors, 

Chuseok (Wikipedia link), a major three-day holiday in Korea, will fall this year in the middle of the first week of October. Additionally, Monday 9 October is Hangeul Day, a national holiday celebrating the invention of the Korean alphabet.

The headquarters of BlackVue in South Korea will be closed from September 30 (Sat) to October 9 (Mon), Korea Standard Time (KST). Full operations will resume on October 10 (Tue). 

What  to expect during the closure

Online Store:

The store will accept orders but shipping will be put on hold from September 29 afternoon and resume on October 10. Please note that those dates are KST-based. In order to ensure shipping, we recommend to place your order before September 28 (Thu). Also, due to the accumulation of orders during the closure period, shipping may be delayed beyond October 10. Orders will be shipped in the order they were placed.

Customer Support:

Operations will be slowed or on hold during the holiday.

• If you purchased your dashcam from a distributor or retailer, try contacting them first.
• Email support will still be active, although in limited capacity. Expect longer response time. 
• RMA processing will be put on hold and resume on October 10.
