This video, recorded a few years ago on one of the older BlackVue dashcam models, was sent to us by a BlackVue Customer Sean.

“Car clipped someone on the other side of the road, then panicked, and hit the gas while turning towards me. He went over the median, which launched him into the side of my van,” said Sean. ” I have a couple injuries that are permanent, but not debilitating. More like constant pain.”

Additionally he mentions how the BlackVue dashcam came into play later: “Aftermath of the accident was a 3 1/2 year process with the insurance company. One of the funniest things that came out is this process, was that the adjuster and the lawyer for the insurance company had never seen the accident video in that 3 1/2 years. I played it for them off my phone during our initial settlement meeting. Their jaws dropped, and the meeting was over fairly quickly after that. We settled that day.”
