BlackVue user Mike was unpleasantly surprised in a hospital’s parking lot. Thankfully, his dash cam recorded everything!

Mike was driving back from picking up food for his son and daughter in the maternity ward (who were there for Mike’s first grandchild!). An older driver was heading straight at Mike’s car, head on. Mike stopped, but the other driver kept coming and as a result, hit the BlackVue user’s car.

The BlckVue footage clearly shows (in 4K resolution) that Mike’s car was stopped at the time of the accident. Thanks to that, it was deemed as non fault (on Mike’s part) instead of contributory negligence.
