BlackVue user Cflick was driving in the rain, in the far right lane. A pickup truck was in the left lane, just slightly ahead of him. In some distance, a SUV could be seen, waiting to make a left turn.

Distracted driving or weather conditions?

The pickup truck driver either didn’t notice the SUV or reacted too late to brake properly and hit the SUV. Cflick offered the SUV driver the footage his BlackVue dash cam recorded. Afterwards it turned out that the damages to the SUV were estimated at $9000!

While this BlackVue footage is older (recorded over 10 years ago with one of the first BlackVue models!), the footage still clearly shows the incident and helped the SUV driver with the insurance claim.
